Complaints about goods: Complaint about goods bought from a supermarket
Dear Sir,
On Friday 18 September, I purchased a 3 Lb packet of frozen chicken quarters from your store when Iliad defrosted them ready for use on Sunday 20 September, I found that they had an unpleasant smell and that there were that they had an unpleasant smell and that there were small green patches on the underside of several pieces.
As I was unable to return them to the store within the next 24 hours, and the smell was permeating my refrigerator, I disposed of them. However, I enclose the packet as proof of purchase and would be grateful for a refund of the purchase price of Rs. 350/-.
