Dear Sir,
When I ordered matching curtains and bedspread from your store on 18 May, I was told that they would take three weeks to make. Three weeks later my order had not arrived and I was told that it would be ready in a week’s time. It is now seven weeks since I placed my order and there is still no sign of my curtains or bedspread.
Unless my goods arrive within 14 days of the date of this letter, I wish to cancel the order and reclaim my deposit.
